CEO Caroline Winn Named to National Diversity Council’s “California Power 50” List

As part of the California Women’s Conference, SDG&E CEO Caroline Winn was recently named to the 2022 California Power 50 list, recognizing women with senior-level roles from top companies who are making an impact in their companies and communities. This list was compiled by the National Diversity Council, an organization dedicated to being a resource and advocate for diversity and inclusion.

According to the award criteria, women honored on the Power 50 list exhibit a commitment to generating growth in their company, are highly regarded and respected by peers, demonstrate dedication to community service and empowering other women in achieving their success, and have strong leadership skills which directly benefit their organization.

#BeThatGirl

One of the ways that Caroline gets involved in our community and advocates for future women leaders is through SDG&E’s #BeThatGirl initiative. As part of the #BeThatGirl initiative, SDG&E’s women STEM professionals visit schools and non-profits in our communities to serve as successful role models for young girls who are considering STEM careers.
