We’re thrilled to launch our third annual Instagram Recruitment Chat Series to showcase job openings, recruit local candidates, and offer interview and resumé tips. This year we will be hosting the chats on consecutive days from Monday, August 29 through Friday, September 2, from noon to 1 p.m.
When joining our Recruitment Chats you’ll hear from SDG&E directors, staffing advisors, and employees who will share their personal stories about their current role and their paths to leadership at SDG&E. This year's theme is Women In Energy but all are welcome to join us to learn more about working at SDG&E.

Who:
SDG&E Recruitment Team, current SDG&E employees, including Directors and Advisors.
What:
Recruitment conversations and Q&A for all types of jobs offered at SDG&E.
When:
12 p.m.- 1 p.m. daily from August 29 –September 2.
Where:
Online through SDG&E’s Instagram Stories (open question box). If you miss a session that covers information you’re interested in, don’t worry - you didn’t miss your chance to apply, and the questions and answers from the session will be available under our “Careers” Instagram highlight for you to review.
Why:
To allow prospective applicants to engage with our HR recruitment team, share current job opportunities, and answer any recruitment questions one may have in a new and engaging way!
How:
Each day, we will be launching a series of videos across our Instagram Stories. We will ask those participating to ask questions via the open question box, participate in polls, etc. Then, several members of our team will take turns to answer and share responses through our IG Stories. Our employees will also share their responses and stories.
