As part of San Diego Gas & Electric’s commitment to provide our customers with safe and reliable energy services, our crews regularly perform maintenance and repair work on our energy systems.
We would like to inform you that our crews will be repairing a natural gas line today and tomorrow in your area: 3160 Camino del Rio South in Mission Valley. Work will start at 2 p.m. on Thursday, August 25, and continue on Friday, August 26, until completion. This work will not impact gas service in your area, but you may smell gas and hear some noise. Please know that the gas-like odor you may smell is not harmful, and it should be limited to areas within a mile of the construction site.
To protect public safety, we will have traffic control in place, and our crews will strive to minimize any impacts to you and your neighbors.
